I payed for college by joining the military. This bill sends the message it's ok to commit crime we will give you free college degrees. We should find college for kids who stay out of trouble

I have $70k debt in college loans and worked my way through college, no way to free college for inmates! Help hard working people like me!

How about offering college credit classes but having the inmates take on loans, just the same way any other student would? I'm all for finding ways of decreasing recidivism, but this is rewarding bad behavior on the backs of taxpayers.

Last May, I graduated from SUNY Brockport with my BS in Criminal Justice .. I had to pay for my education with my own loan money and hard work. Why should we give prisoners a free education when they already have"three hots and a cot"

If prisoners get free college I'm committing a crime do I can go! I'm sick of undeserving people collecting benefits in my while my husband and I work two jobs and struggle

Has Gov Cuomo lost his mind. my daughter has $150, 000.00 in College loans. middle class are getting crushed with taxes, gas prices going up 35 to 50 cents by Spring, Home heating, etc. I couldn't believe this proposal. Where's his brain's? I can visualize people commiting crimes to get college payed for.
