As a grandmother of 3-ages 17,14 & 5,our family is currently trying to figure out how the 17 yr old high school senior is going to go to college and how we will pay for it. Even a 2 yr college program is a major hardship for us especiaaly knowing in 4yrs the next one will be going to college. I'm retired and my daughter works 2 minimum wage jobs. Maybe my grandson should do a major crime, go to prison and then get free college education. I am outraged that the Governor and others think bad behavior should be rewarded this way.

Absolutely NOT. I am a every day working citizen that has to pay for my education. No way should a prison inmate get there education for free. They get way to many freebies as it is.

Three of my grandchildren took out student loans and worked through college in order to get through and graduate. If my money were to go anywhere, it would be to them.
