It appears NY has a gravy train for everyone except honest, hardworking taxpayers.Politicians are employees of the citizens? I only wish my one vote could fire some of them.

so let me get this straight... for being a law abiding citizen, I have probably 30 years of loans to pay. now we want to let criminals have it for free? insane. how about giving a break to those of us who play by the rules and try to better ourselves...

I wish I could pay for my son's total college education but my son has student loans to finance his college education. I do not support free college classes for prisoners.
