I'm still trying to pay my loans off, pay for food, heat electric amonge only a few of my expenses while being unemployed for onve 2.5 years.. You is going to help me?

It's ridiculous. Yet another disconnected decision from a very disconnected man. That element should not be given any more that they are already getting. How about you put them to work teach them to earn. They are given a bed, food, clothes, tv and acess to books. They have not earned those things that hard working people reward themselves with. Hey Cuomo, please go away! This state can not afford your unintelligent, underthought mad ravings.

You have got to be kidding! Now the kids are all laughing in the high schools about what prison they are going to for their free college. Good job Governor Cuomo. Maybe they should be released for spring break too.

I have been saving for my children's college education since they were babies. I do not want to pay for inmates to receive their free college education. My 12 year old saw this on the news and said now more people can get arrested so they can go to school for free. I do not support the idea of prisoners receiving a free college education!

I am trying to go for my RN and get NO aid because as an LPN I apparently make too much money, which is close to minimum wage. Why can't I get some assistance when I already have a degree and I work FT. Cuomo you need to resign and get your priorities straight. This tells me that in order to get any assistance for my RN I need to go commit a crime! DISGRACEFUL!!!!

put empasis on ourschools and maybe we will have less prisoners---prisoners DONOT need cable TV premium channels, organ transplants,etc.

Employment for the Unemployed first and foremost! Jobless benefits are completely cut-off to those eho paid Unemployment Insurance their whole lives !!!
