My children followed the rules and in return they received over $60,000 between the 2 of them. maybe i should have let them run wild and go to jail. This is just plain stupid and a rally for the votes.

His father worked to make NY the biggest welfare state in the country. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree! How about giving that money to 18 year old kids headed to college who haven't done anything wrong instead.

Make college more affordable for those who contribute and benefit America. Prisoners shouldn't get free education before hard working law abidding american citizens.
