I'm not against educating them but they need to take out loans like the rest of the productive citizens in this state. The loans should be interest free until one year after they are released. The only free education I would support are skilled trade programs.

Reward those who have done right their lives and want a college degree. Help those kids who can't afford college but want to move up in life. Don't make going to jail part of a scholarship application!

I agree. Many of my neighbors cannot afford to send their children to college. Let's stop rewarding these prisoners. We cannot afford to help these people who do nothing to help themselves but instead are ruining this Country. I thank you for taking action against this rotten Governor.

Prisoners are in prison as a punishment. The should NOT get a free college education. Prisoners have no respect for the rules. They are in the wrong. There is no need to reward bad behavior while law-abiding folks pay for keeping them in comfort while paying their own bills and taking care of their children's education.

We are consitantly spoon feeding people that do not want to do for them self. This type of gob=vernment has to be stopped. I am tired of working 3 and 4 jobs to makes ends meet while most get to sit back and receive more and more FREE for sitting home doing nothing. Thank you OBAMA = Can't wait until we are done with you - sorry Hilary I would love to have you but the democrats have to go. They give way too much away FREE and expect the Middle class making 60,000 a year to pay for it all. I am so DONE with this type of governing

Totally against this - i have two boys in college. One is 80 thousand dollars in student loan debt. The other who is only in his second year of college is already 90 thousand in student loan debt. We do not qualify for any financial aid, both myself and my husband work and make to much money
