My daughter just got an AS and has trouble getting a job to pay for her student loans. Giving people the wrong idea, get arrested, get a degree, free health care, free food, etc.

maybe if they had finished school to begin with. Not choose a life of crime they maybe able to got college like all the other ones that have busted there but and paid thuew the nose!!!!!

Go ahead and offer college to inmates... but they should have to PAY just like everyone else. I have 2 in college and soon to have 3; we get little assistance and it's tough economically. I agree educating these inmates, but they need to foot their OWN bill.

I will owe thousands in school loans when I graduate! I think the idea is a good one but they should have to take out the loans just like anyone else.
