Don't want more traffic on the road, parked lorries down swale way makes it dangerous already reported to police and council but no action. Its a nice area as it is LEAVE IT ALONE! There's already a site being built nr factories.

Without real improvements to infrastructure in the surrounding areas such as a relief road this project at Eurolink 5 is likely to cause much pollution and traffic concerns for our local community. Therefore objecting to planning going ahead.

I oppose the eurolink expansion at the entrance of great easthall. There are already traffic issues accessing the estate as it is, not to mention the volume of lorries already using stake way as a rest spot. Another access road is needed into/out of the estate. I also believe more units, warehouses would affect the values of the properties in great easthall

Residents have been asking for peace and quiet for years and more and more properties are going up without shops. The last thing the area needs is this being built on the edge of Great Easthall. It will cause endless issues on the approach roads and will greatly reduce the house prices in the area. Should not happen

Everything just seems to be about making money rather than bringing a community together and making life better for all residents, access and amenities a must!

We do not need more industrial units especially near our estate. This could reduce the value of our houses.

Great Easthall is already cut off from the rest of the town. This industrial development would further add to the issue and make Great Easthall one giant cul de sac.

Traffic build up is already significant, with lorries and school coaches parking up near the estate. This is not safe and will impact on residents unless they are given an alternative route to leave the estate. Eg open up the bus lane.
Without local amenities to the estate we have to leave via the euro link.

If another euro link industrial is to be built then the local government should make use of the large amounts of brown belt land in the surrounding areas.

The decisions made by SBC are disgraceful. We will fight for what is right in our community.

The distruption if this is allowed to go ahead will be enormous. Noise, polution lorries up and down at all times and the fact that there is only one road to use will be a nightmare. I moved here because of the open area as you approach the estate if that is built on it will be like living in the middle of a trading estate and not a peaceful residential area. Our house prices will be affected and as I will be relying on mine to offset my pension in the not too distant future I am particularly worried if this is allowed to go ahead. There are empy warehouses etd in Sittingbourne so why do we need to build more. What we went is a Pharmacy, Doctors Surgery, shop and maybe even a school.

I think this is disgusting our daughter brought her house years ago on the promise there would be a school and other facilities built there
