Philip Quaye, NASPA prez is a disgrace to intellectuals and should resign with immediate effect. How can an outgoing administration make policies for incoming administration, this is stupidity at the highest level, your position entiltles you to make policies to affect the people you govern within the stipulated period of national service and not beyond. These people are greedy bastards in the making and their actions need to be curtailed else they will be disaster for this country, trying to pull all service personnel onto MTN network, absolute rubbish. stomach and hungry leaders, always looking at their interest first.
