Though is good idea but We are in democratic country and therefore decision like this should be optional for interested service personnel to bewed. They should forget this concept because is dictatorial decision.

I don't get why this should be compulsory. It just doesn't make sense. Why do some Ghanaians always want to take their part from the national purse whenever they get the chance? No1 us speaking against life insurance. But it shouldn't be compulsory. Whoever feels its a nice initiative can join.. But it should never be compulsory.
