I see it to be a stealing. If indeed they want to insure the personnels fine,but the shouldn't impose it on them and it should optional for all the personnels.

It is highly unacceptable and we will not sit down and let them steal our monies like that. Insurance is necessary but is not obligatory. Insurance is good but shouldn't be imposed on us. We will stand for our right.
