This is total nonsense, how can naspa make deal with seeking our consent. Besides insurance is not something which is not mandatory.

We are all working under various institutions and most of these institutions are insured and as such in case of any accident incurred in the process of carrying out your responsibilities, that institution's insurance will cover all cost. Why do we then need to pay for insurance? People jux wan find way chop wanna money..

I think to every contract there should be a mutual agreement. We suppose to agree to this initiative before it is introduced. And besides it is our money and i think we have a maximum say.
