Say NO to Ashford Park Rezoning!

Smart development is what we need, not squeezing 6 homes on land that currently houses 1!

I respectfully ask that this rezoning be denied due to the numerous reasons listed

Unscrupulous developers are denuding our communities faster than we can ask our city government for relief. Enough!

I am completely against the request for rezoning. I live off of Caldwell and there is already too much traffic on Caldwell. This will makes it worse! There is already excessive building going on in our neighborhood and replacing a home with 6 townhomes is a terrible idea! .

Seems to me this property is more suited for single family homes and not townhouses. One of the things that's most disturbing is that the purchaser has made an assumption that they will be able to manipulate the zoning board into allowing the variance.

Ashford Park is a neighborhood of single family homes and should stay that way. Townhomes are inappropriate per the B-P Overlay District Guidelines. This could just as easily be a developed as a single family home.

Please stop the ravaging of our neighborhood!
