I would much rather see a single family home go in this location and keep the trees, our property value, and the spirit of the Ashford Park community.

There are enough townhomes, apartments and condos (both currently available and proposed) within the city limits of Brookhaven. We certainly don't need more within our Ashford Park neighborhood.

We sure don't need a new house height standard for Brookhaven. We have already lost the CHARM of our area due to the mega houses. Lets keep s0ome dignity. Maybe they have to big of an ego?.

This is a single-family home neighborhood, and should remain that way. Keep the high-density to Peachtree if you must! It is unfair to all those surrounding neighbors to destroy the quaint street they paid top-dollar to live on.

We need to stop over developing this area before we completely ruin the charm of this neighborhood.

Leave the neighborhoods as neighborhoods. You are already changing Brookhaven Fields in to high density with MARTA and Hastings developments!

If they try to squeeze one more multi-family structure in Brookhaven/Ashford Park/Dresden area, we will need a helicopter just to get to and from work, as the traffic, is already a mess.

This sort of development is ruining our small, quiet community. Please keep Ashford Park family friendly and stop developments like this from happening.

If this density increasing zoning is approved, you can count on it being used as the example for other medium density zoning next to single homes in the future!

What is the purpose of Overlay Guidelines if this builder ignores them!
