I am against this new neighborhood the reason being. I have lived here 20 plus years what happens is they put in all these home’s and don’t worrie about the roads or the flooding. 300 homes X 3 cars some 4 cars because of the teenagers @ 3 cars is an extra 900 cars. On la 73 and the rest of the side streets. Not enough police. La 73 can not take anymore you need to huddle up and get a plan or get the army core of engineers. So,No

No. The thought of adding more cars to hwy 73 Is the reason this parish will be a wasteland in a decade. Zero leadership and rampant political unjust.

Hwy 73 won't be able to handle the new school in its current state, much less ANOTHER 200+ home neighborhood. When is enough taxes enough? When will our taxes be spent on US?

I do not wish for another subdivision to be built on Hwy 73. Too much drainage problems and the traffic congestion is aweful.

The infrastructure in this area can’t handle new developments. Our Longwood Subdivision already receives road flooding with heavy rains. The water covers our streets and comes up into our yard.

The traffic is already horrendous on Hwy 73 getting to I-10 and with the building of the new school and hospital that traffic will already be adding to the congestion. Additionally, building the new neighborhood would contribute to sewage and drainage issues which are already prevalent in the area.

Hwy 73 traffic is already out of control not to mention the drainage/flash flood problems the additional concrete of this 250+ home neighborhood would cause.

Not against the neighborhood once infrastructure improvement projects have been completed. This should not be approved based on promises. Nor should the traffic study stand with time averaging in all 4 directions at lights on hwy 73. Southbound in the AM peak traffic needs to be evaluated as a stand alone item.

As much as I love spending an hour on just 73 to get to work....please do not build another neighborhood on it. We are already gridlocked in the mornings.

Income due to building new houses makes too much money for the “powers that be” to turn down new construction, however speaking up and voting can only help to let them know how we as a community feel about it. We are lucky to live here... and others want to follow

There is already too much being built on Hwy 73 without adding more traffic. The quality of living off 73 is not benefiting from the new commercial building nor new subdivisions.

Absolutely no new neighborhoods until another I-10 exchange is added between Hwy 73 exit and Bluff Rd.

The overload traffic is ridiculous! Has anyone not seen that? We do not need more houses on this road. Also, concerns about the drainage in this area.
