I am strongly against the implementation of this neighborhood. Please think of the people who currently live here and the stress it would cause adding these homes. This was a place I loved because it was away from the traffic and bigger city living. It’s becoming too big without the proper things in place to accommodate the increases.

Sounds like our “councilman” Mr. Orgeron has been bought off. Another crooked politician out to line his own pockets.

Doesn’t Ascension Parish leadership get it? Fix the infrastructure before allowing more subdivisions in already overcrowded areas!! Oh wait...they’re on the take by these developers? You don’t say?

There are drainage issues already in several close neighborhoods that will impacted even further. Hwy 73 from I-10 to Airline has already exceeded it's capacity due to poor initial planning and foresight. Hospitals, schools, and a plethora of businesses were not planned for in the last Hwy 73 expansion which is now inadequate. In addition, most all subdivisions on 73 have only one entrance/exit making it all but impossible to navigate in or out of our neighborhoods during peak traffic hours. We have no other exits should emergencies arise. Our representation, whom the current residents of this area put into office, need to officially declare their stance!

Please improve the infrastructure for better drainage and less traffic problems before allowing any project to add to already bad conditions.

Highway 73 can not support more traffic, a new school and new hospital.
