The infrastructure can’t handle this - you cannot have people crossing 17 to go south and you cannot have a high volume of cars making u-turns at Carolina Park Blvd. Unsafe, unnecessary and unwanted by the people who live near it.

Please vote NO to an exception and change to allow a gas station at Old Course Lane. There are plenty of gas stations nearby and another is not necessary nor desired.

I am a resident of charleston national. There was a restaurant in walking distance when we moved in and we are hoping that will be true again.

This is a residential area and another gas station is not needed. The canopy lighting alone would be a nuisance to the neighborhood and would bring more people to this area after dark that don’t live here. At least a restaurant would close before midnight.

Enough is enough. No room for another gas station in Mount Pleasant, there are at least 4 in a 1/2 mile radius at this point in time.

It will make it more dangerous to exit Charleston National at Old Course with additional cars turning in and existing the station.

There is already two nearby gas stations, a third gas station is not needed and will only lower property values and result in increased crime rates near a very family friendly neighborhood.

This is not needed at the entrance to a neighborhood right there. We have multiple gas stations that already provide a competitive market and this would do nothing to improve Mt Pleasant.
Please NO!!!!!!
