We cant consider Toronto a diverse city if we dont honour, protect and promote organizations and events that showcase diversity and culture.

Do not reduce the number of days Afrofest is run. Aftofest is a tradition in Toronto and we enjoy the multitude of activities, talents and displays. There are also economic benefits of having it run for more than a single day.

I don't think it is fair to limit Afrofest to 1 day when people who come to this festival from other countries and cities will appreciate it. The city needs to do the right thing, which is put it back to 2 days.

Afrofest is good for 2 days because most of people come out on sunday as saturday everyone has other things to do. The city of Toronto is beautiful city, let's show our visitors that is not like any other city in the world with our diversity.

Afrofest is one of the most important annual festivals Toronto offers and I am appalled at what looks at first glance as a hideously racist move by the city. I expect better from Toronto

Its very disappointed if the city has to take radical decision to reduce Afrofest to 2 days. It's not good thing for our visitors who are used to 2 days. The city has to do the right thing by putting Afrofest back to 2 days.
