This town needs to follow Ridgefield and Redding and start issuing moratoriums on the iver building. If the town needs affordable housing, invest in the dilapidated homes throughout the town. Stop taking every piece of land possible for condos and townhouses or you'll have the same school overcrowding Danbury is currently dealing with.

I live at 49 Taylor Ave with the Draper’s as my landlords. Worst, most uninvolved, unconcerned landlords/people I have ever met and I cannot wait for my lease to be up. I have never felt so pushed aside, little, and trapped in a situation in my life. I cannot fathom others having to deal with Tim Draper and his wife. NOT okay.

This developer seems to have a history of NOT following the town rules and procedures, but the town keeps allowing him to get away with it! PLEASE help the residents preserve the integrity of the area. Build a complex in the appropriate zone, stop taking advantage of our officials and our town!!! As a previous Bethel Board of Finance member, he should know better and be looking out for our community!!!

The town continues to allow construction contrary to the population wishes. As a town we gain nothing and lose much

I am against any apartment/affordable housing in goodhill rd, I live at 83 Nashville Rd, Bethel CT and have for over 20 years, 1st the beautiful Woods across the street from my house got tore up and homes built and then a little while ago a apartment complex was built at The Hairpin turn on Taylor Avenue lesson a half a mile away from my house now more condos are planning to be built even closer there's not enough room in this neighborhood the traffic is going to be unacceptable we might as well live in Danbury.

Please do not approve or allow these apartments to be built in the neighborhood. Complexes such as this only a have negative impact on the neighborhoods and the town as a whole.
