Good luck with this petition - I hope town officials are able to stop this project, although I am concerned that use of the affordable housing statutes may circumvent our own local regulations!

It's one thing to bend the rules in marginal neighborhoods for affordable housing, but it's radically wrong to completely change a neighborhoods characterisics.

Couldnt agree more. This should not be aloud to happen. The proof is in the last job when it comes to the impact on the land and people. And this road is not made for this.

Not the right place for a structure like that. Very disappointed with what the building department is letting go through. All these appartment complexes are ugly, they bring way too much traffic, and drop the our property value etc.

can't we save any of Bethel for open space? This is not the street for condos. It's bad enough Toll Brothers is destroying Maple Ave Ext and Plumtrees Rd. with their 76 homes on a few acres. It looks horrible.
