There is only one way into the subdivision and only one way out. More cars can't be good from a safety perspective.

I live in Heather Hill and am vehemently opposed to this proposal. It will potentially devalue the surrounding homes.

Pls reconsider this new construction. Besides the possible aesthetics, adding additional traffic from a possible 2-3 cars per family plus visitors to each and school buses, traffic will be immensely increased on Saddler's Mill Rd. and @ the entrance from Hwy. 393. If residents and visitors park on Saddler's Mill Rd., this could be disastrous. When Saddler's Mill Rd. is impacted by storms, there are already problems getting in and out of Heather Hill subdivision. Should storms, etc. cause a fire to more than 1 home, escape from or into Heather Hill could be impossible and cause potential fires to quickly spread through Heather Hill, Saddler's Mill Rd., and Kamer Place. Has it been established that our infrastructure can properly and easily support the additional homes?

My property value has dropped enough with allowing so many rentals in the neighborhood.

I live on Heather Hill Road. There is only one way out and in of Heather Hill neighborhood. We had a house burn down on Saddler Mill Road. No traffic was allowed, only emergency vehicles. To add more vehicles in this area could potentially cause hazardous situations. Had someone had a medical emergency during the fire, they could not have gotten to help. My husband and I are adamantly against this property proposal.

NO to any multi-family housing in our neighborhood! We chose this neighborhood because of the beautiful single family homes.

This is not wanted for our community and would alter our subdivision. It is not welcome!
