I am opposed to this type of housing in our neighborhood

That much more traffic would cause congestion & greater chance of accidents on an already well-traveled road.

Very poor plan. We already have a great deal of traffic on these roads; and then there is the depreciation of our single family homes with such addition of multi-family structures.

Multi-family development is seriously out of character with the surrounding properties and neighborhoods.

The proposed development will an eyesore and out-of-place for the existing neighborhoods. And it will add even more traffic to an already busy road and intersection.

This will add extra traffic our road already struggles with. Entrance is at the bottom of a blind hill. Drainage is already a problem.

I vote no on condos! This will decrease the value of our neighborhood! What's the point of living on Golfview Ct if there is no golf view!

This type of development will seem out of place with the surrounding areas. Also this area is already has more than enough traffic without adding a high number of residents in a small space.

For the impact on traffic and safety, I'm opposed to this proposal.

A new, wider Sadler Mill Road is needed, not the addition of a Townhouse development. Traffic is already very heavy.

This lot should be used for homes not townhomes. This would bring our property value down!
