I am totally against this! The traffic would post a great problem to those who walk, ride and use Saddle Mill as a way to reach their homes and the country club. It poses nothing but a traffic nightmare and a danger to whose who use this road for other means. Shame on you for not considering this when you made this decision. Out the condos elsewhere!

It is so difficult to back out of a friend's driveway on Saddler's Mill already, now to add more traffic that let's be frank do NOT drive at the posted 25mph (plus these homeowners and guests will also have to back out into the road) is reckless. As MP homeowner I do not support the zoning change.

The previous home we lived in backed up to town homes. Having multiple neighbors directly behind was a huge disadvantage to the property and one of the reasons that we moved. Rezoning the property will negatively affect property values.

This development would add too much traffic to an already dangerous hill.

Oldham county is NOT for sale!! Instead of increasing your tax dollars, plant more trees on this property, create something other than a building.

The re-zoning and proposed development are not in line with surrounding established neighborhoods.

The proposed zoning map amendment and preliminary plan for land use of a small 2.18 acre property on Saddlers Mill Road is inappropriate. The proposed plan for this land use is not consistent with neighboring residential properties. Furthermore, it generates numerous community concerns with regard to safety, property value preservation, and protecting the character of our neighborhood. It is a mistake to consider dropping these town homes into the center of multiple neighborhoods, as the character of such high density land use is not in line with current low density single family residential dwellings. Our community is counting on the Oldham County Planning and Development Services to carry out their mission statement to be committed to our public safety and welfare as well as to maintain environmental integrity by stopping the re-zoning and proposed development on Saddlers Mill Road.

This would lower our property values and cause more unneeded traffic on a road that is barely able to handle what is already there.
