The proposed site is in a high air pollution area. No houses should be built here endangering health.

A very worthy and real case that needs further careful consideration on the alternatives available!

Green belt is special and there for a reason, don't build on it! Growth on a finite planet can't be limitless.

Save nature, save people’s mind health and wellbeing. Stop building on Englands green and pleasant land. There’s not enough infrastructure to cope.

Stop destroying our beautiful town

I wholeheartedly agree with everything you say so directly and authentically. I have worked in Epping and it breaks my heart to see the opportunistic developers move in and try to build even where there is no Local Plan allocation. This isn’t democracy, this is desperation for economic growth, using an industry so wrongly called sustainable and shortsighted. We never think of the long term consequences, which you’ve highlighted.

Not the right place for new build development. Lots of wildlife there that will be disturbed

The local infrastructure just can’t support this number of new homes

This is a shocking bad decision. We need to protect our green belt more than ever. Office buildings conversion and brown field sites should be used. We can't concrete over the whole country.

The proposed development of Stewards Green Field would be a complete disaster for the town and the natural habitats it provides for the many forms of wildlife that call it home - the town is not equipped to sustain the level of development being proposed, it would be a complete disaster for our town.

The planned development would be a disaster for the people of Epping and the wildlife that defines Epping itself! The infrastructure just isn’t there! The consequences of this would be so damaging on so many levels.
