I'm signing this because I hate seeing dogs getting chained and they shouldn't be. It just breaks my heart to see them chained up and get their freedom taken away.

Someone in my neighborhood kept their dog on a least outside all day. The dog was always just chained there, all day, no one with him. Its disgusting how people think they can get a dog then just abandon it outside without them. The dog in my neighborhood eventually died of a heat stroke, since the dog could barely reach the small tree in the persons yard. This needs to stop, no animal deserves abuse.
