This is ridiculous, are people meant to keep cash under the bed? I think next plan will be closure, a serious loss to all of Wendover!

Lloyds is now the ONLY bank in Wendover. How are our businesses meant to cope with such a big reduction in opening hours? You MUST consider your customers and give a proper service to them.

This branch seems to be busy each day. It is difficult to see how partial closure can be justified if the bank is honestly interested in serving its customers rather than saving money

Need to be able to pay in receipts daily not twice a week.

I use this bank everyday & it is always busy so I can't understand how it will operate when it is only open 2 days a week.

Wendover needs a local bank branch. we have already lost Barclays to the village and it unacceptable for Lloyds to fail to recognise the needs of local people.Banks must wake up to the need to be responsive to the needs of customers and not merely the needs of the bank.

Having been a customer at Lloyds Wendover for over 30 years, I am disappointed with this decision and loss to the community.

How do I continue to be a Lloyds' customer when their services are not available to me locally?

The Wendover branch of Lloyd's Bank is crucial to the orderly running of personal and business customers

A deplorable decision and a precursor to total closure

Lloyds is the only bank in Wendover and it is essential that it is kept open full-time. Not everyone has the means to bank on-line or are able to make a journey to the nearest town with a bank.

When will banks go back to the 'old ways' and put customer care at the front of making money, after all without your customers and face to face service we all lose in the end. It's not that difficult to make money and have satisfied clients , Lloyds should know how to do this they have been around a long time.

I think that you might lose customers, we were about to change to Lloyds as our bank had gone from the village but now there is uncertainty as to whether you will stay or if this is the start of closing this branch.

The Lloyds branch is always busy when I manage to get there. Not only would this restriction affect our family but mainly all the business customers in Wendover. Although a huge amount of transactions are now carried out online there is still a volume of transaction where physical money is involved; I find it difficult to believe that customers would be well served if they were restricted to two days a week.

The bank is always busy and I use it every week would be a real loss to Wendover High Street

I don't want to have to trek to another branch for poor service. Having a bank and the team that know us is invaluable.

I use this branch on a regular basis as I live & work in Wendover

this would be a real problem for us, the branch is always busy and we would move banks for a more convenient brand with a more local branch if it closed, very shortsighted decision in a village with a lot of business users
