i have 12 business accounts and 2 personal accounts and make over 50 payments of cheques and cash each month. I wish to satisfy my Clients that paym nts received are banked within 24 hours as at present. We have no other remaining Clearing Bank in a town with a resident and catchment population of over 15,000 people.

Wendover needs a bank!!!!! Our business would be lost without regular opening throughout the week! Friday's are important to us!

Appalling a community the size of Wendover could end up with no bank.

Lloyds is the only bank in Wendover and gives a good service to the community. If it shuts local businesses will have difficulty in depositing their takings and be forced to keep cash on their premises which is a security risk.

The people of Wendover and catchment applauded Lloyds for keeping the only bank in the town a few years ago.Now they clearly intend to follow the herd and close. It is busy branch. i am involved in four businesses each with at least one account and all involving the payment in of cheques. The facility is relied on by many elderly people who tarnsferred accounts from other banks. Please keep it open for proper business hours.

Our understanding is that the Banks have agreed to keep at least one bank open in each community. This seems to be a breech of trust.

As an older person with limited mobility, I am eally glad to be able to go to Lloyds Bank in Wendover when I need to.

we are a vibrant and productive community who deserve onsite banking facilities. Stay and I will change accounts to you as a sign of solidarity.

The branch is always busy and I am sure that there is enough money in Wendover to justify the bank being open every working day. If I have to travel to Aylesbury for my bank I could well use one which is eager to attract new customers such as Handelsbanken.

As a resident of Wendover and a customer of Lloyds for over 50 years I need to use the facilities of the Branch on a regular basis

I am treasurer of Wendover Womens Insttute and use the branch regularly as we are a large Institute. I am also a Lloyds account holder and can see that this step is just the first in total closure. THIS MUST NOT HAPPEN.

The closures will cause so much harm to traders in the village and to people who use the bank without their own transport or on line facilities

I manage a number of accounts for my clients, and need to lodge their cheques regularly. Closure of the bank on three days each week will cause me and them considerable inconvenience. My clients have substantial balances at the branch (Lloyds have the figures and i will not disclose them here) and it may well be that the bank will lose that business if they are inconvenienced. I am unable to use other branches as I have a medical requirement preventing my driving.

As loyal customers we have served you well over many years - how about reciprocating by showing us your loyalty by retaining current bank opening hours?

This branch provides vital services for the Wendover community, reducing the number of opening hours will badly effect residents and local businesses.

Wendover needs a bank to be open 5 days a week. Reducing to 2

A vital part of the local community. Possibly thin end of the wedge. Lloyds will lose customers by short sighted removal of services.

Bad for business. Bad for the community. Bad for the Lloyds brand. Next stop complete closure.
