A simply ridiculous plan which will no doubt see Wendover losing its last high street bank! Consultation, what consultation?!

Lloyds are showing that they know the cost of evrything but the value of nothing. It's a very short term measure that they will come to regret.

Another example of big bank arrogance. Cutting down on staff and service for the sake of more profit and bonuses. Does the bank care about its customers who will need to travel to Aylesbury for a 5 day service ? The queues are slow enough at current opening hours. How bad will that become with just two days a week. I won't tolerate it. If this goes ahead, I'll transfer my account to the Post Office.

A bank is essential to the local small businesses in Wendover and to many local people. Closing the branch will be hugely detrimental to the local area in many respects so please re-consider the plan and keep the bank open.

Wendover is a busy market town and Lloyds is the last bank branch here. Closing the bank will have a major impact on local trade - please keep it open.

I moved from Barclays to LLoyds and now use Co-op as can use the Post Office. It reduces the need for people to come to Wendover and will affect all business, with less footfall in the high street

A worrying development, very inconvenient for Lloyds' customers in and around Wendover.

Cumstomers moved to Lloyds when Barclays closed in the village, jsut shows you all banks are the same you want everything done on line and intend to phase out any personal contact.

Please Lloyds Bank consider keeping this crucial only bank in Wendover open for normal business. Our businesses need this facility and Wendover needs these businesses. Not everyone is able to bank on-line, so it will make life difficult for some of our community. The staff in the branch are very helpful and for us all it is sometimes just beneficial to talk to a person face-to face.

As this is the only bank in Wendover, it should stay open for normal buisness.

Managing your finances through a branch is crucial for many people. It will be a big loss for local businesses but I also have concerns for the elderly in our community who rely on a more traditional form of banking. Also for those who do not use computers for on-line banking and those who struggle with ATM's. In order to ensure Wendover remains the vibrant village that it is we must strive to keep such businesses on the high street. We all benefit directly and indirectly and the loss of Lloyds Bank, the only bank in Wendover, I believe would be extremely detrimental to our village. Do the right thing Lloydds, think outside the box and try and keep this branch open.

This is an unreasonable act when there are no other Banks open in Wendover. Please add your voice to this worthwhile petition.

It's important for those not tech-savvy to have easy access to advice and support. It is also important that don't trust debit cards or want to transfer money without using a computer.

Lloyds Bank propose to cut the opening hours by well over 50%, and it is only 9 am to 2.30 pm as it is now!

this bank is well used and will cause a great deal of hardship if it is made too difficult to use. its about time to give something back to the community and open full time.
