Supervisor Stone finally backed down and abandoned the takeover of our local recreation management. We stopped the county from steamrolling over our community and kept the control where it belongs. Stay sharp because we need to ensure they actually respect this decision long term.

We, the undersigned members of the Idyllwild Community, do not want the County of Riverside to take over management of Recreation in Idyllwild. We feel that local management is the only way it should be.

KEEP IT LOCAL. nobody in riverside knows the first thing about idyllwild.
Seriously? Riverside is so out of touch. They have no idea how special our town is.
Keep our town hall local! Riverside doesn't know what we need here.
Hands off our town hall. We can run our own rec programs just fine without the county messing it up.
The county will just ruin everything like they always do. Leave it alone.
