I love the idea of expanding and moving on to modern rides, but the soul of carowinds resides in rides like thunder road.

This ride has been my child hood!!! It was also my dads. I want it to be my kids ride as well! This ride is an icon of carowimds. You say carowinds and you think hmmm fury, intimidator, thunder roadn me and my friends love to get on the sep sides to "race" and we always ride sc side cause we from nc.

I truly believe Cedar Fair is making a big mistake. If this does happen, watch out Kings Dominion, Rebel Yell will probably be next.

One of the best original rollercoaster at carowinds, needs to be kept. And missing that other ride that was next to the gold rush it was a flying water ride that you could pull the lever and get people wet in the lines loved that one too. But thunder road needs to stay

Please don't close Thunder Road, this is a classic coaster at your park and very famous, don't you customers opinion count? If it wasn't for us you wouldn't exist.
