My daughter was too upset to talk about it. She always has liked this roller coaster.

I rode this as a teenager and now I get to ride with my kids who are teenagers and still to this day i love this coaster....white lightning was my favorite but since its retirement thunder road took its place

Thunder Road does not to be taking down for future building, the the at her next to the yo yo can come down cause its not being used

I have had to many fun memories to only express one this ride is my favorite ride I go to carowinds Multiple times a year and I ride this because it is the only ride I would get on as a kid because of its uniqueness racing through the state lines! I hate to see this ride to go compared to some other ones they could get rid of compared to this wonderful ride

Why is it so necessary to demolish history? A piece of many people's childhood that forever remains significant. The things people do for a damn dollar!

That's one of the best roller coasters there is it can't be shut down there is so many memories in that ride.

Keep this classic! My son is big enough to noe ride this but not some of the other bigger ones..how neat to have us 2 generations share Thunder Road!
