Please don't take the one ride everyone wants you to keep I myself rode this when I was a kid now my kids just love this ride I really don't think I get my pass renew next year if you take the best ride away . Again PLEASE keep Thunder Road !!!

My 8-year old son literally cried when I told him it was closing. I think I would've been better off admitting there's no Santa Claus. Doubt Carowinds will change its mind, but it's worth a shot!

I would rather the hurler be taken down!!!! ThunderRoad is a legend of my generation, same would be TopGun if they ever decided to take that down, I would probably never go again. #SAVETHUNDERROAD

This is one of my favorite roller coasters I've ever been on. I sincerely miss when the one of the cars went backwards and It would be even worse if it was removed entirely... Grit your teeth, bear the load, enjoy your ride on thunder road :)

Love this ride it's one of my favorites in the park please don't get rid of the wooden coasters they are the best! The new metal ones are too smooth what fun is that? I may as well be driving in my car

I have rode thunder road the first day cariwinds opened the ride mykids and grandkids ride it now would hate to see it gone

My first rollercoaster from when I wasjust a girl. It is famous for crossing two states. Don't make this mistake. Wooden roller coasters are timeless and if you take it down you can't put it back up again. It's easily the best ride in the park.
