Thunder Road is a classic and symbol of Carowinds as it runs through the North and South Carolina state lines. Should definitely be saved.

Please keep a ride that three generations of my family have enjoyed for almost 40 years. If Coney Island can keep their wooden coaster since the 20s, carowinds can keep a 37 year old classic thank you and please don't waste the money that's already been invested to restoring thunder road please keep this iconic ride its not worth the expansion...

This is an all time favorite. This ride has made Carowinds. I have been going to Carowinds every since I was a teenager and I'm in my 30's now. . I say repair it but please don't get rid of this epic ride. If anything I would rather see Hurler go Over Thunder Road. This ride will ALWAYS be a favorite amongst may generations to come. PLEASE SAVE THUNDER ROAD!

I've been riding ThunderRoad since the 1970's. Most recently with my 10 year old granddaughter it was the perfect ride for us to enjoy together. She just commented that they should care about preserving it for the future. There's nothing like a wooden coaster, it's a unique feature for Carowinds.
