My family and I have been attending and enjoying carowinds. I grew up there ( I am now 21) I have worked there. Thunder road is the one coaster I have memories with my family. We love gritting or teeth and bearing the load, always enjoying our time on thunder road. Please don't take it away just yet. It's a historical artifact to NC/SC themepark. If you feel the need for more space, but more land. Thunder road s tracks deserve to live on.

Thunder Road was the first roller I ever rode! I've had countless memories on the ride and I can't imagine it being torn down just to be replaced by some water slides. It's an ICON! It definitely deserves to stay.

Ever since I was little, I've absolutely loved this classic Carowinds ride. I used to go to Carowinds every summer as a NC resident, but after moving the Texas its been increasingly harder trying to get to NC fro every summer or Christmas break. But we make it happen. And every year, I go to Carowinds with my best friend and Ride. Thunder. Road.

This was my very first real roll at coaster ride, my momma took me on it when I was a kid because it was her favorite. I never go to carowinds without riding it backwards.

One of my first and favorite memories of Carowinds is riding Thunder Road over and over. I remember the cars being painted as cops and robbers. It is an icon and should remain!

You can build path to the water park under Thunder Road instead of over it. Though I wouldn't mind if Thunder Road got the RMC Treatment!
