Great ride that doesn't need to go anywhere. Bring back the backwards coaster too

Tired of seeing all the "Thunder Road is safer than Fury325" comments. Yeah, that's why Fury has stopped for safety precautions and Thunder Road sent several people to the hospital a few years ago because of a collision with another train (though the brakes were updated afterwards).

I really love thunder road its an amazing ride and if carowinds is trying to become the cedar point of the south east them then really need thunder road to help them do that. Please #SaveThunderroad its an amazing ride and it will upset everyone if you remove it.

This is outrageous! I can't believe they are tearing down a part of Carowinds' history for a water park expansion. Look at sister park KD. They went UNDER their racing coaster.

I have rode this ride since I was old enough to ride it. It was one of my favorite rides. Now that I have a son that's old enough to ride it he loves it to.
