Really Carowinds? Nobody gives a crap about water slides. Unless you are gonna RMC Thunder Road, keep it as is!

Been riding it since I was tall enough and my kids aren't tall enough yet been going to this park for thirty years guess we will go so where's else if they tear it down because they have no respect for history so I wouldn't want to support that. Please keep a historical monument only one of a kind. It's so sad to see some young person behind a desk just want to destroy something so grand.

Thunder Road is a Carowinds and Carolina staple that should be kept. It is a coaster that never gets old and fun to ride every time. I'm going to ride it tomorrow and hopefully not for the last time. Please change your mind and keep this coaster Carowinds.

I am 44 and have been coming to Carowinds since I was 4. My kids just got he height to ride thunder road. Our favorite ride here. If u tear it down there will be no in between from little coasters to big coasters. It's this parks signature ride. Tear down the hurler it jerks u to death. Tear down the asimulator that has not been used in years but not Thunder Road.

Just rode Thunder Road for the first time yesterday and there's no reason to take a ride so smooth down!

Thunder Road is an institution & one of the few originals left in the park. I can't believe anyone would be so stupid as to do away with this classic & have such a disregarding, "out with the old, in with the new" attitude. It makes me sick. Somehow I'm not surprised, as the park has been going to crap for awhile with the other changes like this they are known for, in addition to jacked up ticket prices. Once Thunder Road is gone though, II'll have no reason to go back, as there's a lot to be said for nostalgia & what it cancontinue to bring.

After putting so much work into this coaster, it only needs a small amount fixed. Outside on the non re-tracked portion it is still a really fun and comfortable ride and a classic. It is also the only dueling coaster split by a state border. Please reconsider.
