thunder road is a classic. I remember it being my first roller coaster and it was my DADS first roller coaster as well. It means a lot to our family so please keep it

This is such a great, classic ride. Don't do away with it! !
I worked on Thunder Road as a teen in the late 70s and early 80s. Everyday the ride was crowded with long lines. It would be a shame to lose a Carowinds icon!

This is so sad! Progress is one thing but why does such an iconic feature of an amusement park have to be removed for new rides? Last I heard, this coaster is one of the last few wooden coasters still in operation. High tech and new isn't always better!

However many signatures this gets you aren't going to "SAVE THUNDER ROAD" They probably already spent all the money to get the things they need to do what they are doing next season..I would just delete this...Trust me i'm not happy either..But there is no way to change their mind..
