Always loved this ride. Many fond memories of my dad who is now gone riding this with me and my sister. Always loved reading the signs on the way up the biggest drop.

This is a part of so many people's childhood. Nothing good csn come of it besides the money hungry owners thinking about destroying it to but something newer and faster.

Absolutely not! Are you out of your minds??? Thunder road is Carowinds! Sure it old, but it's iconic history of what amusement parks once was! Your no better than the Myrtle Beach Pavillion if you do this!

You don't just erase a classic! Thunder Road is fabulous -- a part of so many people's childhoods! A perfect transition from the smaller coasters to to the giants! You'd do much better to renovate this gem and expand in another direction. Don't take Thunder Rd!!
