The purpose of this petition is to save the green space between 3rd and 4th street east of Broadway in Downtown Oklahoma City. This space has been a place of gathering for many public events; Memorial Run, Dead Center Film Festival, Ghouls Gone Wild and viewing fireworks on the 4th of July. Your participation could potentially save the only substantial green space remaining in Downtown OKC. As OKC continues to grow, it is important to preserve these type of spaces for the future as a place to seek solace and contemplation.
