Smoking Hookah is a cultural thing as well as Social. Most of all, it does not impair the user as Alcohol. There are more risks of drinking Alcohol than smoking shisha than why not Ban that as well. Shisha does not cause user to lose their ability to stay focused or make poor decisions. Shisha does not cause impaired driving causalities or any other. It is just simply an attack on cultural practices of Immigrants that are now part of Canada and are Canadians. More sensible thing is to regulate it and put restrictions. Hence, more stable environment.
