Banning shisha in Toronto means that a lot of businesses will be forced to shut down. Companies like Rogers, Bell, Enbridge, Toronto Hydro and many other suppliers will lose top dollars as a result of shutting down Shisha business. Many workers will lose their jobs and their only source of income and their families will have to seek welfare which may add a big burden to tax payers money. Please Dr. David. Mckeown rethink your decision and the magnitude of the financial impact on the city of Toronto

I believe shisha should not be banned because Canada is a multicultural country and banning something that is apart of someones culture would be stripping Canada as being known as a multicultural country. i am spanish and i enjoy going to shisha bars very much and i know its apart of a lot of peoples culture.

Banning shisha bars is lazy on the behalf of Toronto. I challenge those lawmakers to find an actual solution to whatever the real problem is. And if it's too difficult then get out, this is Toronto we have no space in lawmaker positions for incompetence and mediocrity.
