There is absolutely no reason to pave the trails. People can cycle on it currently and it is one of the most beautiful trails in the region. We do not need another paved trail, road cyclists have route 4/225.

I run and hike on this trail. Let's preserve wild spaces as much as we can. there's so little left!

This is such a beautiful ride, and should be preserved for others in the community to enjoy. There are a number of other great paved paths - leave this one as is!

This is such an important resource for mental health and wellness. Considering federal roadblocks to climate mitigation and resilience, it falls to local and state leaders to do their part to protect local and global residents from rapidly warming temperatures and wilder weather.

The Reformatory Branch trail is lovely to ride. I love the packed dirt and small gravel trail, and it flanks the nature preserve. Please don’t allow that area to be developed. Thank you.

Definitely preserve the Reformatory Trail more or less as it is now. There are a few modest improvements that could add to the experience, but under no circumstances should it be paved.

Please leave the trail AS IS! It’s a nature trail. We don’t need more Minuteman.

I regularly run on this trail and enjoy its natural beauty immensely. Paving it would be a travesty as it would ultimately become an extension of the Minuteman Bike trail, thereby losing its unique character.

This is a beautiful trail that would be so diminished by pavement. Our human hands and mechanistic ways Have already done enough damage, let’s keep wild places wild and appreciate the soft, gentle footing of a dirt trail!

This is a one of a kind trail for running, walking, and riding. Me and many others come from all around boston to run on this flat soft surface trail for many reasons, and paving it will be removing something special from the world for many.

Not only is the proposed trail unnecessary and expensive, it will seriously degrade important wildlife habitat and corridors.
leave the trail as it is, unpaved
