After months of grueling work, planning, and spreading the word that there's a brand new state-of-the-art facility for teens to have fun and be safe in a "nightclub-style" facility, the Town of New Windsor has denied the correct permits for Rave to open to the public.

Why does Rave deserve to exist?

VERY tight security: Metal detection,
 Pat-Down searches, licensed guards,
 ALWAYS over 6 on duty at a time, 
Emergency Medical Personnel (EMTs) 
on staff, full 24/7 camera surveillance
 inside & out of facility

Strict NO TOLERANCE Policy for fighting 
in any way (verbal and/or physical), 
drug possession and/or use, and 
Alcohol - Violations result in 
LIFETIME BAN from Rave 
and it's associated properties
No hats/hoodies/boots/gang colors, signs, etc

No Re-Entry after leaving
No alcohol is stored on Rave: 
New Windsor property during teen events

 Club entertainment (DJs), lighting design,
 & audio engineering has been 
contracted to reputable, award-winning
 DJ services/Nightlife company
 Dino Mack Entertainment 
The latest in sound & lighting 
technology has been installed at Rave.

The Location:

Well lit, large, open location

 located in New Windsor Commons 

situated far back from Blooming Grove Turnpike

Inside is approximately 6000 square feet 

of open dance floor,

 large DJ booth in rear center,

 restrooms, couches, and bar.

 No unsupervised areas.

 Beverages served at Rave will be
 soft drinks (Soda & Water) ONLY

Age range: 14-18 years old

Hours of operation: 8pm-1am 
Fridays & Saturdays

PRICE: As a Thank You for helping 

Rave: New Windsor receive the

 correct permits, etc from the 

Town of New Windsor, the 

first night of operation will be FREE,

 afterwards entry is $20

 including 2 free sodas with flyer
