Johnny Dare is the epitomy of what a morning dj is to be . He will wake you up, and keep your smiling and laughing for 4 straight hours. Not even to mention everyone he's accomplished with bikers for babies and other charity events. Without Johnny Dare, 989the rock wont be as appealing in my opinion.

I am active duty U.S. Navy sailor which has required me to be away from Kansas City for about 6 years now. Every time after a 23 hour flight from Japan the first thing I do is tune into 98.9 the rock to here that unforgettable voice I grew up listening to. He is the face of Kansas City radio like ManCow is the face of Chicago radio. We need him! The military supports you Johnny so stay on the air for us!
