This building is iconic. Dont let it go to waste or turn into some boring office space. Keep the history alive
My kids would love to see this turned into a center. downtown needs stuff like this instead of another parking lot.

I grew up watching the movies and this place is basically a landmark for fans everywhere. fix it up and let the public see it
