I am a student at Oak Grove High School and I am in the band. We are going through a similar issue with our assistant band director and while we are fighting to keep him, I am happy to try and help a fellow band program keep their director too.

I graduated last year but i will forever be grateful for the fine arts department out of all programs in the school that one program brought the school so closer together and if it wasnt for the teachers that give their all to that shool i wouldnt be who i am today

I want Mr.bearded and Mr. T back and everybody else who made a change in someone's life ,you cant just snatch away our education and think that someone else can just come in and take their place ..no way we fight back and we fight till the finish

There's no legitimate reason all 3 fine arts directors could all deserve this. Especially with the following they have. To me it looks like a disregard for the fine arts. I mean 3 new teachers? Really?

All of the students that participate in Fine Arts are going to suffer if they let all of these great teachers go. No one really even deserved this and they think they're only hurting the teachers but from the bottom of my heart, I clearly know that its hurting me to know when I attend band at the high school, I won't be taught the correct way as if I was to be taught by Mr. Bearden.

Please bring Mr. Beardan back for the PVHS fine arts band he has done a tramendous job in creating a fun creative and learning environment and changing the way that things were for good he has also changed my life and has made me want to continue doing band so please allow Mr. Bearden to stay and continue to help our band grow and go places

This is heartbreaking for these kids to have Mr. Brandon Triola, ripped out of their lives. He has and was planning to continue to build an amazing program. The kids suffer.
He is over qualified for his position he held, but most importantly, he cares, and thats rare these days. He helps them in all aspects of the most difficult lives they live everyday, provides them an outlet, and teaches them the art form they live for. Theatre. Theatre is family. This is wrong on so many levels.
