We are trying to bring culture into our school, not tear it down. Try taking away golf or volleyball or oohhhhhhh perhaps cut some football and baseball staff if money is the issue

As a pvmc alum, I find it a sad day to take away an award winning fine arts program. The band has a long history of awards and honors. To hear the students speak so highly of their fine arts teachers clearly shows these teachers are going beyond their duties, to teach and help mold these young kids. I hope the voices of the parents but most importantly the students are heard. Stand strong Pinson Valley and keep that marching chief pride!!

Not everyone is blessed in standard academics. Others shine through art programs. Don't take away what our future leaders can advance in. Shame on those who think that art programs are not important.

Brandon Triola has been there for all of his students and even students that he does not teach he has built the theatre program bigger than it ever has been at PVHS speaking as one of his theatre students and as someone who has been in his production this man is someone who deserves the best I am surprised at this action taken by our principal Mr. Turner Mr. Triola has done so much for us now it's time we do everything we can for him

As a PVHS/PVMC alum and a current supporter of the band (2 nephews and 1 niece) I am sad to see what the administration is doing to its students. There are so many kids that benefit from these programs and it is so difficult to find quality teachers with a passion to teach and lead programs with such little little funding.

If you look back on last year, you would see that Bearden made a huge improvement to the band to where we are making superiors at competitions and improving our skills. Triola has turned the theater all the way around. He has done amazing things with the theater and the plays have been fantastic . They both care about us and want to see us succeed. They've pushed us very hard to get to where we are now. Now look at us. Why get rid of them? Without them, there won't be a Fine Arts Department.
