Mr. Bearden and Triola did so much for the fine arts department. We are actually getting the reconigation we deserve. Then y'all gone change the fine arts to an athletic center really!!!! What are they doing for us please tell me what games they are winning I'm waiting

I have a slam poetry for y'all we have an army bigger than yours, let's be honest. I have learned so much from me.triola and the rest of fine arts and to be honest I gave my life to fine arts. I've made an oath. I want to be a film actress and after I move from highschool I plan to, I know how to auction for things. I've made a whole story about this and will gladly make it more professional and I I would send it you, B.O.E, and the Internet. Fine arts we got your back.

Fine arts in schools help students become well rounded. Students that progress into college without any experience in the arts are not as prepared to handle balancing rigorous academics and social life. Arts help us learn how to express ourselves, work as a team, and become empowered by the act of creating something uniquely our own. Participating in arts like music or visual art accesses and exercises a completely separate part of our brains, and accessing this part allows us to be more creative in our problem solving strategies in non-arts areas. Without arts, we are incomplete people and we are leaving our students unprepared to lead a full and successful life. Please hire back your teachers who impart these valuable lessons of team work and expression to our students!

I'm a PVHS Alum and think very highly of the fine arts. This is a huge mistake! In my opinion, the band taught more about character and hard work than any other subject. This is so sad!
