The administration remains silent despite the concerns we have raised about the department. It is exhausting work to keep pushing against this wall but the stories you share about the value of these classes keep me focused on the goal.

Reaching this level of support has been a heavy experience that makes the exhaustion feel worth it. It is clear now that people truly value the tradition we are fighting to protect at the college. I am tired but I am definitely not stopping now.

cutting costs by getting rid of the best teacher is ridiculous. dont do it.
absolute disgrace. keep him on staff!!!!
Really disappointed in the college for this. The history modules were the best part of my degree.
Michael is a legend. leave the history dept alone.
Dr Read is the reason I passed my course. You cant just cut history like its nothing. It is the foundation of everything we do here.

How will students understand the craft without knowing where it came from? This is such a short sighted move by the college.
