An icon city for disc golf, the KC metro area thrives on bringing tourists to the city for disc golf and bbq. Swope Park and its lovely nearby bbq are a major benefit of this. Please keep Swipe Park Disc Golf!

I played at Swope in the Worlds Championships and loved the course. I live in Colorado
and Swope is a destination DGC.
I hope KC keeps in for current and future generations.

I think there's a reasonable way to have space for the shelter AND 18 holes of disc golf. Even if we need to reformat the course and make some new holes!

Please consider moving shelter plans elsewhere. Theres plenty of space in the park!

Leave Swope DGC. It's a historic landmark in the disc golf community the world over.

The area North of the course is flat and open. That would be a way better spot for the shelter and would allow the historic disc golf course that we all know and love to remain.

Great course! It's one of the many in K.C. that are historic. But swope is probably the godfather. Please keep it!

I can't believe this is a possibility. Swope Park Disc Golf course is a national treasure in the disc golf world, a part of history of the sport. Save this beautiful course!

I love the Swope disc golf course. I will be very sad to lose this course. I support the KC pet project, but it seems strange to remove a course that is so popular and has been in place for over 30 years. There are lots of other areas that would be more suited for construction of the dog shelter including within Swope park.

The central course in town. Part of almost every major tournament. Home of disc golf for corporate challenge. Not to mention that KCFDC works hard to keep that course clean and beautiful.
